Berlin

„Několik let se projíždím skrz naskrz Berlínem ve žlutých vagónech U-Bahnu. Setkávám se s lidmi, které fotím. Jiné potkám ráno, jiné o půlnoci. Jiné pod Kreuzbergem, jiné pod Alexem nebo Ku´dammem. Na 1/80 sekundy jim vstoupím do života a zase zmizím.“

"For several years, I've been riding back and forth across Berlin in yellow U-Bahn carriages. I meet the people I photograph. Some I meet in the morning, others at midnight. Some under Kreuzberg, others under Alex or Ku'damm. For 1/80th of a second, I step into their lives and vanish again."
